We are Denise and Enrico, a couple from Emilia-Romagna, a region rich in culinary and artisan traditions, and now live and work in Switzerland. Our passion for authentic flavors and the excellences of our homeland inspired us to create a unique project: to bring niche Italian products to the Swiss market, made with care and dedication by small local artisans.
